-- Joseph, OK -- Dear Chad and HTDI staff, Hello my name is Joe Daugherty. I have been married to my wife for nine years we have 4 children. I work and go to school full time and my wife is a stay at home mom. We have been renting since before we were married. We dreamed of owning our own home since we were married, but never tried due to fear and not understanding the whole process. When we heard about the new tax incentive passed this year, we took that as a sign that this was the right time to try. We applied to a mass amount of lenders though a website and waited to see what happened. Only one person responded to our application, she took down all my information. When she called me the next day I was afraid to answer the phone. She told me that with my current credit standing there was no way she could get me passed the underwriters. My hopes were crushed. Next she offered me some solutions I could try to fix my credit on my own which could take years or I could call Chad. She said she had referred several of her clients to HTDI and they had given her positive feed back. I discussed it with my wife and she thought it would be good to investigate a little before giving our money away again. We had tried a credit repair service a few years before only to be scammed for $600. They took our money and we never herd from them again. I started to investigate HTDI through various sources on the internet such as the better business bureau. Every thing seemed to be on the up and up. Around the beginning of February, 2009 I deiced to give Chad a call. He explained the whole process and put my mind at ease, he guided me though the initial set up. I must have called Chad twenty times before thirty days had passed. He was very patient. After the first round we decided to keep it rolling. I kept following the results as they continually improved. I really liked that HTDI tracked the activity steam on my account. By the end May 96% of the negative items on my TransUnion report had been deleted, Experian and Equifax were following suite. I started getting sick and had to miss a lot of work with multiple trips to different doctors and specialist. Due to the additional financial strain I had to discontinue my services with HTDI. Soon after that I was hospitalized for several weeks which caused me to miss my grandmother�s funeral. I was eventually able to return home and then allowed to go back to work with limited duty. I was diagnosed with a rare decease that carries a high morbidity rate with its acute attacks. We figured if we were ever going to be able to own our own home now had to be the time. We went to a mortgage company my friend recommended, and a few days later we got a pre-approval letter. We are currently looking for something that will meet my family�s need in the future. I would like to personally than Chad and all the HTDI staff for helping make me and my family�s dream of home ownership come true. If I had been stubborn like I normally am there is the possibility that I would not have been able to share the realization of this dream with my family. While running my annual credit report last year, I discovered that a medical bill that I thought was paid by the insurance company, was actually sent to a collection agency, and that was now on my credit report. I, of course, freaked out, because I always had perfect credit before this. This really dinged my credit score hard, and no one would extend me any credit after this, even after I paid the bill in full. I started searching the internet for any assistance. But I got in touch with my bank and the loan officer got the very high PMI($355.00) that the other bank had put on me off and added $ in to my escrow account that I needed for my upcoming taxes. so my loan has beem lowered by $355.00 Many thanks to HTDI and I am continuing on with them to bring my scores up into the 700's. -- Juan, TX -- I was referred to HTDI by a loan officer and friend that was trying to help me purchase a home for my family. My scores where low and unless I had a lot of money saved up I was not going to be able to buy a home. I called HTDI and was able to speak with a real person the first day I called. I spoke with the representative and explained to him my situation and what I wanted to accomplish. It really made be feel good when he stated �we work with cases like this all the time and have always had GREAT results�. You always here about a person that knows a person that there uncle can remove anything from your credit for a fee and all that is a waste of money. The representative asked me for a copy of my credit report and told me that I would be receiving letters from the 3 credit bureaus in a couple of weeks and ALL I needed to do was get those letters make copies for my records and send them off to the HTDI office and that I can also track all the progress on line at my personal tracker sheet. The day I sent him my credit report I logged in that evening and saw that my file was already updated and that all the past creditors where on the tracker. A couple of weeks later I received 3 large envelopes all in the same week that came from Tranunion, Equifax and Experian. I made copies of the 3 letters and send them to the HTDI office, within a couple of days I logged into the website and saw that everything had been posted and some items had already been deleted. This process has continued for the last year and I am amazed that every month we have seen improvement. I first pulled my report on 7-3-06 and my scores where 545-546-569 on 9-26-06 I pulled my scores and they where 561-603-655. I waited a couple of months and pulled my score again on 1-13-07 and I had a 581-627-672. The last scores that I pulled where on 3-22-07 and they where 602-692-717. HTDI has truly been a blessing from the sky. I could have stopped using HTDI a long time ago, but I decided to continue with the service. I was impressed with there ability to help me continue to improve my credit. I have to tip my hat to HTDI Financial for everything they have done for me and my family. I never dreamed about having the scores that I currently have, and it makes life a lot easier at banks, buying a car and everyday life. The commitment that HTDI had with me was unbelievable all I can say is �I do believe� that people can get there credit repaired by an honest and trust worthy company.
